Michael loves all things Kentucky Basketball. Prior to ministry he served eight years as an officer in the United States Air Force. He has a Doctorate in Leadership and a Master of Divinity.  He has a passion for helping people truly live a life devoted to Jesus.

Family Discipleship Coordinator

Kailey is a Colorado Native and mother of 3. Kailey and her husband David met in high school and have been married since 2016. As a family they enjoy spending time outside, going on adventures, and traveling. Kailey loves to work on projects in her home and is a big Harry Potter fan. Kailey and David were introduced to Church 8025 through their close friends and have never looked back.

Valerie is a wife and mom of three girls. Her and her husband are native to Colorado. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree and has taught choir as well as led a few different worship teams. 

Dale is mom to four rambunctious kids and happily married to Michael since 2004. Her hobbies include laundry, stocking the pantry and driving kids to and from soccer practice. If she can’t be doing one of those things then she would settle for a cup of coffee and a good book. Dale has a degree in Marketing which proved to be completely useless since the invention of the internet but that is ok because she found a love for women’s discipleship and is honored to be be able to lead that ministry at Church 8025.

Joe's favorite thing is to spend time outdoors with his family. Camping, off-roading and watching the office (again) are just a few of his hobbies. His coffee order is the most complicated of anyone on the team but he likes it that way. He's a die-hard Atlanta Braves fan and will find any excuse to go to a baseball game. A graduate of Liberty University, Joe's heart is to help people become fully devoted followers of Jesus.
